Recently we at Dr.Rama’s Institute for Fertility in Association with Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore and The University of Queensland, Australia conducted an Embryo Cryopreservation workshop.
The workshop was focused on slow freezing and vitrification. Our visiting faculty included Dr.Suresh Kattera and Christopher Chen of Gleneagles hospital. These days Cryopreservation of embryos is an important component of routine assisted reproductive programs. Cryopreservation of the surplus embryos increases the opportunity for the patients to conceive and improve the cumulative pregnancy rates.
The purpose of our workshop was to impart the knowledge of cryopreservation of embryos to all the IVF centers and embryologists in our city, through which we could aim to make maximum number of our patients proud parents.
Our workshop provided complete hands on training to all the 30 participants who came from all over the country in slow freezing and embryo thawing as well as on vitrification.
We regularly conduct CME, Lectures, Seminars and workshops.
